• How do I add a utility account? — In the app, go to “Accounts → Add”, choose the service type and enter your personal account number. The data is loaded automatically from the supplier.
• My payment went through, but the debt has not decreased — what should I do? — Confirmation on the supplier's side can take up to 1 business day. If nothing changes after that, send us the payment receipt and we will check with the provider.
• How do I connect my PV inverter? — In “Solar → Add inverter”, choose the manufacturer (Deye, SolaX, Huawei, Solis) and enter your cloud account details. Tokens are stored encrypted and used for read-only access.
• How do I pay as a business? — Generate an invoice in the dashboard and pay by bank transfer; once confirmed, the status updates automatically and the PDF is kept for your accounting.
• How do I call a technician? — In “Technicians”, choose the type of service and specify the address and a convenient time. The order status and the technician's number are shown in the app.

You can delete your account and the data associated with it at any time.

Option 1 — in the app: Profile → Delete account → choose a reason (optional) → confirm with the SMS code. The account can be restored if you sign in again within 30 days; otherwise it is permanently deleted.

Option 2 — by e-mail: send a message to azimjon.nodir@gmail.com with the subject “Delete account”, stating the phone number registered in your account. We will send an SMS to that number to verify your identity. The request is completed within 10 business days.
