Terms of Service (Public Offer)

This offer is a public offer within the meaning of Article 369 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Acceptance occurs when you create an account, confirm your phone number in the app or sign in to the dashboard.

The Provider (hereinafter “Uy+” or “we”) is the operator of the platform. The User (hereinafter “you”) is an individual over 18 years of age, or a legal entity / sole proprietor acting through an authorised representative.

These terms are published in Uzbek, Russian and English; in the event of any discrepancy, the Uzbek text prevails.

Uy+ provides the following services on a single platform:

• linking utility accounts (electricity, natural gas, water, heat pump), tracking meter readings and making payments;
• solar power plant (PV) monitoring: connecting inverter data, reports on generation, consumption and energy exported to the grid, and revenue figures;
• a business dashboard for managing sites, invoices, contracts and employees;
• ordering 24/7 technicians (electrician, plumber, PV maintenance);
• the energy store — ordering inverters, panels, equipment and accessories.

Some services are provided through third parties (utility companies, payment systems, inverter manufacturers' cloud services), and their availability also depends on those parties' terms.

An account is created with a phone number and confirmed by an SMS code. Legal entities provide their TIN, company name and details of the authorised person; a company account is activated after moderation.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, the confidentiality of your password and all actions performed through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately.

You can delete your account in the app (“Profile → Delete account”) or by following the instructions at uyplyuz.uz/delete-account/

Individuals pay with bank cards (Uzcard, Humo, Visa/Mastercard) through licensed payment organisations. Uy+ does not store card details — tokenisation is performed by the payment provider.

Legal entities pay for services by bank transfer against an invoice. The invoice is generated in the dashboard, can be downloaded as a PDF and may be used as an accounting document.

Funds for utility payments are transferred to the relevant supplier. Cancellation of a confirmed payment is subject to the supplier's rules.

Service fees and commissions are shown in the app/dashboard before payment. We give at least 10 days' notice of any change in fees.

PV generation and revenue figures are calculated from data provided by the inverter manufacturer's cloud service and current tariffs, and are for information purposes only.

Official settlements are based on the readings of the energy supplier's metering device. Uy+ is not liable for discrepancies between the figures, but will help you identify them.

Inverter account credentials you provide for the integration (tokens, API keys) are stored encrypted and used for read-only access to your data.

Uy+ undertakes to keep the service operational, protect your data, respond to enquiries within 2 business days and notify you of material changes.

The User undertakes to:

• provide accurate and up-to-date information;
• use the service only for lawful purposes;
• refrain from technical interference with the platform, automated requests or attempts to access other users' data;
• not link third parties' accounts without their consent.

The platform, its design, source code, logo and texts belong to Uy+. You are granted a limited, revocable licence to use the service for personal or internal business purposes.

The data you enter (accounts, readings, documents) remains your property; we process it solely to provide the service.

The service is provided “as is”. Uy+ is not liable for outages, delays or incorrect data of third-party systems (payment providers, utility companies, inverter clouds).

In any event, Uy+'s liability is limited to the amount of commissions you have paid for the service over the last 12 months. Indirect losses and lost profits are not compensated unless otherwise required by law.

Planned maintenance is announced at least 24 hours in advance; we aim to keep total downtime below 0.5% per month.

You may terminate the agreement at any time by deleting your account. For legal entities, any outstanding invoices must be settled before the account is closed.

Uy+ may restrict or delete an account after a warning (in serious cases — immediately) in the event of a breach of these terms, unlawful actions or the provision of false information.

After deletion, personal data is erased within the periods set out in the Privacy Policy; financial documents required by law (invoices) are retained.

We may update these terms; the new version is published at uyplyuz.uz/terms/ and we notify you of material changes via the app or SMS. Continued use of the service after publication constitutes acceptance of the changes.

Disputes are resolved through negotiation; failing agreement, they are referred to the courts of Tashkent in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
